"This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped. "

"This was a clean, well appointed suite. We enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is older and and shabby in spots. We appreciated having a gated spot to put our car in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again. "
