"It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

"Perfect place for our group of 18. 9 tweens/teens, and 9 adults! We let the kids take the large bedroom upstairs. It was great that the kids had the upstairs and the adults had the downstairs. We spent so much time in the pool and the kitchen was exactly what this group needed! The house has an eclectic layout, with so many beds and so many couches!
