"Fine"

"I stayed at the hotel with my toddlers overnight. The hotel was 5 minutes from port Everglades which was great. We were also 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart, Fivebelow and a Publix which was great for picking up last minute items needed for our cruise. Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and assisted me with printing out my luggage tags and cruise documents. The elevators close quickly. While pulling my stroller and luggage out of the elevator the elevator doors closed before my 4 year old stepped out which was terrifying. Thankfully another guest stayed on the elevator with her and the doors opened just as I was about to call the front desk for assistance. "

"Front desk service was fantastic - arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a cruise and they were able to get us in a room almost straight away. Pool area was a really nice facility as well, and the complimentary shuttle to restaurants more than made up for the lack of walkable options."
