I didn’t like the over one hour wait for the complimentary shuttle from the airport, so we finally called an Uber. Called the hotel twice, first time I was told 20 to 40 minutes. Called again after 50 minutes & was told it was going to be another 20 to 40 minutes.

Had called to ask for an early check in availability because our flights had changed. We arrived at 11am and were put on a wait list. Check in time is 3pm. Our room was not available until 5pm. My only issue is that we booked this room for 7 people. It stated very clearly that it accommodated 7 people. We arrived, and there was only enough sleeping space for 6 & one of our guests were forced to create a sleeping space on the floor. The hotel couldn’t accommodate a rollaway bed, because they only have 2 & they were already accounted for. Note to property - please do not market a room for 7 guests, if that is not in fact the reality. Otherwise - it was clean and very close to Port Everglades.
