"Unbelievable, world class service. Every staff member assisted me with a smile and asked if they could do anything to make my stay better. They suggested restaurants, assisted in procuring transport, and always greeted me like family. Clean, large room and very affordable. Excellent breakfast as well. Owen is the best. He represents his hotel - and country - extremely well and they both should be grateful to him. The lobby is clean, stylish, and family friendly. Happy children scamper and play....

"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. "We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm."

"We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years, and it has never disappointed us! The staff and service are excellent. Always. The breakfast buffet is tantalizing, and the room we had was such a wonderful Valentine's Day upgrade! There are "3" upper level hotels in Nanning, and I believe this is the top of the "3". It was also priced competitively too. Although, whatever we have paid over the past few years was always always well worth every dime! Thank you Lotus! See you again, most definitely! Daniel C."

"The hotel is 5 stars from decor to service. It is perfect for someone to get away from the city or busy life to enjoy the quietness of the small town. It’s about 30 minutes from the city center of Yangshuo. Not the most convenient location if you are looking for night life and foods variety. "

"The apartment hotel is in upper levels of a modern building that also houses a shopping mall containing numerous eateries. The building is literally directly above a subway station. It was super easy to get to and from Wuhan high speed rail station. The one bed room corner deluxe unit (free upgrade from a lesser unit) we stayed in is very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, dining table and a functioning washer/drier combo plus daily supply of detergent. Air conditioning of the unit worked well. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty Chinese food. There were a few Western food items as well. We enjoyed our stay. "
