Frankie took care of everything even before we arrived to Zhangjiajie and arranged for our entire trip from start to finish, including daily transport in and out of the park, and our wonderful dinner one of the nights. We even sang karaoke on our last night. Its a lot of fun! I highly recommend if anyone is considering. The west entrance is also quiet and away from the crowds for a quiet retreat."

"The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. Even when I arrived, I felt the enthusiasm to help me plan my trip. I was even upgraded to a room with a view. Breakfast was also very good and huge portions. It is also just a 20 minute walk away from one of the Zhangjiajie park entrances which was really convenient. I would just say that it was hard to find the hotel (if you are using western apps)."
