"Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn. "They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "

"Rooms are ok staff seems in a hurry and not explain stuff properly to me when asked for restaurants aroundbthe hotel since their restaurants close at certain hours. No food close by. Lots of trafficr noises from room 24 hrs a day more during peak hours. Mini bar empty but have menu with prices for mini bar items. Breakfast seems quite cold but ok could be worst. Wont stay here again. Booked it in a hurry to meet with suppliers in the city. "

"The hotel is 5 stars from decor to service. It is perfect for someone to get away from the city or busy life to enjoy the quietness of the small town. It’s about 30 minutes from the city center of Yangshuo. Not the most convenient location if you are looking for night life and foods variety. "
