"Had some payment issue at check in. Problem cleared in about 10 minutes. Reception gave me a free breakfast because of this problem. The hotel is the tallest building in Nanjing. Subway line 1 and 4 is right outside of the hotel. Big room size! Friendly staffs. "

"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to...
