"This was a great place for a family of 4 adults. It was close proximity to both downtown and midtown. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Communication between the owner was timely. I would highly recommend this location."

"Lots of room to spread out in the condo with split bedroom plan with personal baths, great deck for relaxing, firepit helped us stay warm during the cool evenings, grill was great and used the outdoor pizza oven too! Only negative comment I have is that I had to touch up/clean the kitchen a bit. Location gave us great access to Anchorage and to the peninsula for exploring to the south. "

"This was a great condo. It has a well stocked beautiful kitchen with modern appliances. A TV in every room. The deck was a nice private place to spend time with a view. The bathrooms were clean with nice showers and heated floors in the main. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. A great place to get away. I especially appreciate this condo being available during Alaska's off season, when so many places close. We look forward to future stays and definitely recommend checking it out for...

"We have stayed in Girdwood multiple times and this was by far our favorite place - centrally located, easy access to everything and walking distance to lots of stuff. Condo is clean and comfortable and the hot tub is an added bonus. "

"Loved staying here for a little birthday weekend getaway with girlfriends. Love that it’s dog friendly and has dog bowls and treats. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could need (kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, games and movies, extra outdoor bug spray and bear spray, etc.) check in and out was super easy and the location is centrally located near the merc and restaurants. "Nice mountainside condo. It’s an older unit but with nice updates. If you book this unit make you get the lock box number and lock box 4 digit code to access the building plus the 4 digit code to enter the unit once inside the building. I was not provided any of this on the check in text so we had to text Vacasa to get this and it took 2 hours to get in."

"My stay was nearly 7 weeks to visit my son and his wife and my daughter and 6 grandchildren. The condo was a first floor comfortable space just right for this 75 year old. The kitchen was well supplied and the sofas were very comfortable. Gary and Laura were very attentive and quick to respond to my few requests.
