Overall stay was great. Only issue I have is the shuttle. Once i landed i called the hotel to have me pick up but they told me to call again once I get the luggage. I do not understand why I need to call again when they can estimate additional time for luggage pick up and be at the airport after 10 minutes. Anyway end up taking taxi as that was available and do not need to wait. I’m very tired and just want to go to bed.

Right when we arrived there was a homeless person looking through car windows and watching us. Staff seemed irritated when I asked for basic needs like an iron and a shower curtain for the shower. Never smiled and acted like everything was an inconvenience. The location was good because it was close to downtown and the airport!
