The room was very old and very outdated. The carpet was dirty and had some red stains on it (not sure if it was blood). The bed’s comforter didn’t even have a cover. The pillow cases and sheets were stained. All through the night I could hear guests coming and going, dragging up and down their suitcases, and knocking on doors/talking. However, the ladies at the front desk were very nice.

The staff was very receptive,helpful. had concerns with guests near my room having loud outburst. Taz extremely good at her job, and the other young lafies at desk also helpful. would not stay in rooms not within the building. the Hotel cannot control people waiting at bus stop right outside my room listening to loud music and or yelling etc..it felt unsafe... the breakfast and things that the hotel could control were good, and the price was acceptable as well....would recommend just in the builing...

The Puffin Inn is incredibly cozy, and the staff is professional and friendly. The quality of my stay was diminished mostly be the noise level of neighbors: on one side, they played the TV very loud all night, and on the other someone was stomping around so loudly that it sounded like they were on the roof directly above my bed. Still, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and its comfort, and would visit again but probably stay in a different section of the building to hope for more peaceful rest.
