"We loved the neighborhood that this property is in, particularly that it was walkable to good food, quiet at night, and had a nice small park nearby. The staff were great and very accommodating and helpful. What the property lacks is privacy -- other visitors hanging out outside of their rooms talking sounded like they were in our room, and if our blinds were open, anyone could see in. Overall, though, I would stay here again."

"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. The lodge is in a beautiful quiet area of Waiheke and convenient to beaches, restaurants and wineries. We couldn’t get over how serene the area is. Perfect...

"Very clean and welcoming. Adorable and sensible tiny homes. Fridge and cupboards stocked for breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt… walk to the fence and pet the sweet cow. Sat in the hot tub and sipped some cab. We were genuinely sad to leave! Thank you!!"

"A unique property with a kind and knowledgable host. We stayed one night in the Victorian Room. The room was beautifully decorated and I am sure all the pieces had lots of history to it that I wish we got to stay and learn about. It was a bit odd having a bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) in the room itself with only a privacy screen to separate it from the rest of the room. It would be good if this was made a bit more apparent with photos on the website - especially for future guests who may...
