"Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it"

"My wife and I would stay here again. The pictures did not do this place justice for the room and views we had. Please add a photo of the roof top area as this is a winner. This is a large apartment with a small bedroom but large open plan living space. I have only marked down a few areas as per the rating questions asked.
