We didn’t use the perk, as it was a parking credit that didn’t offer enough of a discount to take advantage of valet parking. However, staff referred us to a cheaper option only a block awY. "

"They gave us a $25.00 voucher to use at their onsite Starbucks or bar area, which was nice. The parking, however, was $60.00 a night, which seemed excessive, since the room was over $300.00 per night! We parked across the street in a parking garage for $20.00 a night. "

"Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Kevin Serralta the assistant manager went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is amazing, perfectly close to city centre and Nordstrom for shopping, walkable to the pier and pike place market, space needle too. The Polar Bar in the hotel serves some amazing cocktails. During the day, Starbucks coffee and cold lemon water is always available in the hotel lobby during morning hours. Breakfast was nice but many walkable options near the hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here with perfect proximity to the downtown as well as easy going wind down evenings."
