I feel like that everyone should be accustomed to smell in that burning fire smell throughout the hotel. It was very hard to sleep because I also trailed enter the rooms. Also not offering room service and have people leave garbage outside. The hotel door is kind of gross for days.

I enjoyed my stay at the Theodore and it's closeness to my event at the Seattle Convention center. I was super bummed because I chose this hotel since it had a hotel bar/restaurant and the night I stayed it was closed for a private event (18 year olds bday party). It would have been nice to know it was going to be unavailable for a Saturday night. I was in an adjoining room with other guests of the hotel and they were loud with such little barrier for the noise. Cute spot and I would stay again.

I stayed here two weeks ago. Staff was great about checking me in way early. I paid to up grade my room because the standard room does not have a view of anything and you know, you’re on vacation and you want to feel like it. I had a great view. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful. They were always quick when I needed something. It’s nice to have water downstairs to refill your water bottle up. The area was great. Easy to Uber, take the light rail, walk or even take the good ol’ city bus. Over all I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends and family. There was a parking lot but I can’t say much about it because I didn’t have a car with me.
