"This is a wonderful property! One issue for us was privacy. The ocean front deck is shared with another unit, which is great if they are your group. You literally had to slide your feet in so the renters nextdoor could get by. Not what we expected. And PLEASE review that sleeper sofa. It is more comfortable to sit on the floor and the rug was filthy. Please clean them both. Everything else was spit on and beautiful!could get by to use the stairs"

"This is probably the most well located property we have stayed at, in relation to closeness to the beach. Just a few steps and you are on the beach. Excellent for us older individuals that have to really work to walk in the sand. The property is in need of some TLC, but I understand that is the consensus from most that stay here.
