Spacious one bedroom one bath third floor point unit condo with unobstructed view of the ocean and topsail beach from our newly finished balcony. This is Ocean front!! The unit comes with well equipped kitchen and linens . If you are looking for a place and enjoy the ocean living. This is the right place for you. For your convenience

Came to Topsail for a short vacation to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The dolphins played and swam off the beach all day Sunday. The ocean view from the balcony was awesome. We had a lovely time.

Fun, quick weekend away
I'm a college professor and needed some down time to relax before the end of the semester and this was definitely that. The only complaint was that there aren't that many delivery options in the area but the kitchen had everything needed for basic meals and if we were staying longer we probably would have put to use. Otherwise, just a great weekend at the beach.

A Wonderful Break from Life's Chaos
Absolutely perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Very clean, conveniently located 15 min from town, and the best dolphin viewing I've experienced on the island! The host was a delight to communicate with and the unit was lovely. We had everything we needed and it was the break my husband and I had been hoping for. We will definitely be back!

Cozy with a million dollar view
My husband and I wanted an easy and quick getaway to celebrate our anniversary in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of real life and this property was perfect from beginning to end! The furniture was comfortable, the space was clean and I never wanted to leave the balcony. That view... there are not enough words! Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great place to relax!
Just spent a few days with my Dad. We had a GREAT time! Beach and the view were absolutely amazing. The balcony is an awesome chill spot to just listen to the ocean and people watch. A few things just to be aware of. 1. Condo is on third floor. No elevator. Small price to pay for the view. 2. Topsail beach is about a 10-15 minute drive from decent places to eat. Best we found was Rick’s Sports Bar in Sneads Ferry. 3. A/C in Living room is a little loud when you’re trying to watch TV and not very powerful. Love the place overall and would definitely go back.

If it’s about the ocean, you’re in the right place
This unit has been our favorite since 2017. It is clean and well-stocked with kitchenware. For my husband and I, we just bring our food and enjoy. When the tide is high, you have a beautiful deck to sit and watch the ocean and it doesn’t get any closer than that! When tide is low, you have a wonderful beach with small pools of water and a long shallow coast to play on. Always good shark tooth hunting as well. North Topsail is a rare gem that won’t be around in the same way for too long. This unit is our favorite place to enjoy it. Yes, there may be construction going on and sandbags out front but this just means the place is still thriving and holding up after all these years. A special place. Thanks Khati for letting us enjoy this place. :)
