"Well located for Terminal 5. Underground parking available at £15 per day. Spacious room. Great shower. Nice firm bed. Unfortunately, only one thin pillow per person (no spares in room), which resulted in a bad night’s sleep and a stiff neck. "

"Paulo was the Operations Manager and provided outstanding support throughout out stay. He made sure we had everything we needed daily and was so pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Karen, the Receptionist was superb in her duties as well. Giving us daily advice and going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This Marriott Hotel is the best we have ever visited, spotless, huge breakfast layout with everything you could ask for. Having a warm breakfast to start...
