"Had a really lovely stay with my daughters for 2 nights, clean rooms and comfy beds and great location to access lapland UK and Harry Potter studios. Friendly helpful staff and they even put chocolates and balloons on the bed for my daughters birthday which was lovely. The only down fall was we were told that breakfast finishes at 10.30am on the weekend and we went there at 10.10am and it had stopped at 10. "It's slightly old-school in decor and the location/layout was unusual but those are barely negatives at the price point. We had a twin room with shared bathroom for one night. Room was lovely and warm, beds and pillows were some of the comfiest I've slept in. "We had a lovely stay at the Crown & Cushion. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Evening meals and breakfast were great. Our room was very comfortable, although one of the walls could do with some tlc, but in a 500+yr old building you've got to expect some wear and tear and quirks. The landing floor was wonky and floorboards above us were creaky, but if you use the earplugs provided this isn't a problem. Great location for exploring Windsor. Literally a few steps from the front door...

I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees.
