"Disappointed in our overall presentation in our room. The hotel had very nicely upholstered furniture but the sofa in our room was unsuitable and quite tatty. It felt unfinished. We couldn't rely on an evening meal bring available as the hotel cater for outside functions. We have stayed here before and our experience then was better than this stay. The hotels position for touring is ideal"

The location is perfect for visiting the Castle Cathedral and the town. Brilliant that it has it's own car park. Only slight down point is the decor is a little tired in places and could do with a refresh. "

"It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc."
