"This is the third time 2024 that I enjoy staying at the Windsor Hotel in the heart of Sliema, great location close to the sea, restaurant, supermarket and transport, I thank the manager Trever for his services and always welcoming me, topman, as well as his staff Mr. Asvin, honest man. I forgot my cell phone at the seating earea at the reception and handed me my phone when I returned to the hotel as well as Ms. Silvia ( hopefully spelling correct ) the wonderful social girl who offers all the help I need, a responsive and positive girl. There is a nice restaurant attached to the hotel which is great for a special breakfast. I am really very pleased with my stay at the hotel and I feel active during my holiday I can't wait to go back. I definitely recommend this hotel. In fact, the manager Mr. Trever and his team making the Windsor hotel more shiny and lively and positive feeling for me as a customer. Thank you Mr Trever for everything 👍 "

"On arrival at the hotel, we were oiffered a glass of prosecco at check in and then upgraded to a superior room This was a break to celebrate our ruby wedding, although I had not informed the hotel, so this came as a pleasant surprise. The room was huge with a moden decor and nice furnishings. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed, There were robes and slippers in the wardrobe for use and two balconies, one with a partial sea view and the other huge balcony with its own hot tub and furniture. The bed was probably the largest and most comfortable I have slept on. All staff were helpful, smart and polite and the breakfast buffet was again the best I have seen, with a tremendous choice of food to suit all tastes. The location was excellent, being right across the harbour from Valletta and within 100 metres of the ferry. Beautiful views of Valletta at night. The hotel is in a perfect location, being in an area with nice restaurants, bars and shops, so plenty of choice. It is also a few minutes away from Valletta with all its history and culture. We had a fantastic stay at the Barcelo and it has everything you could want from a resort hotel. Thank you for making our trip so special. "

"Hotel is of great quality, staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast had a huge variety and took place in a nice room. Facilities were also great, both swimming pools, the sauna and the on-site shop. Would highly recommend."

"We had a seaview room on a higher floor and it was excellent. The rooms are sound proofed, we had a balcony with excellent views over the ocean, perfect for sunrise, watching the ferries to Gozo, the incoming and outgoing cruise ships and dozens of yachts and power boats. There is a shopping mall about 8-10 minutes walk away, the ferry terminal is about 10 minutes walk too. There are several restaurants and bars close by, an ice cream kiosk opposite, plenty of seats to people watch or just sit. The promenade from the ferries to St Julian's is directly opposite, buses to Valletta and Mdina/Rabat run both ways from out front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast has plenty of variety, we didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. There is a rooftop bar and separate restaurant for great views. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was spacious however there was little bench room for personal items and one hook for bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are supplied. I would stay there again. "
