"The AX hotel Victoria is greatly located in a walkable area to all the city attractions. The ferry is just few steps away to go to Valletta. The check in was great where Hasan the receptionist made sure we got all we needed. Will definitely come back if ever again in Malta. The breakfast was great so was the staff. "

"My stay was excellent in every respect except one. There is no security for guests entering the building, lifts or corridors. There is a route in which bypasses reception and is open 24 hours. "No problems at all. Everything bad that I read in some of the poor reviews on here, didn't apply. Lifts and door locks were fine, the staff were pleasant, and the room was cleaned every couple of days. It was very quiet on my stay, and I only saw a couple of other guests. Didn't get chance to try out the pools as it was a bit too cold. Location is good, and it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop which you can use to travel to the airport, Valletta, St. Julian's etc. A bargain for less...
