"I had a 4 night stay in a single bedroom with twin single beds for me and my daughter. I have lung cancer and snore rather loudly which meant my daughter couldn’t sleep. I went to concierge to explain my situation and Edgar was on duty. I explained my situation and in a flash, he had spoken to the manager who couldn’t do enough for me, and offered a complimentary suite for the remaining 3 days. They put a single bed in the lounge and this was all done by the time I had packed up my old room. He also helped me out throughout my stay with recommendations on activities and places to see. Edgar is such a genuine and empathetic person who is a huge credit to the hotel. Thanks for everything. "

The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Breakfast each morning has a wide selection of delicious options to suit every taste. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, the breakfast spread was both varied and satisfying. "Can’t fault our whole holiday one bit. Every department & member of staff were all extremely helpful and available for any assistance, lovely rooms and facilities and the food & drinks were fantastic. We were all inclusive and the variety of meals that was available every service was incredible, worth every penny and would recommend to anyone. "

"Positives first: Lovely hotel, comfortable bed, superb bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely staying here again. Negatives: we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It can get very noisy on Saturday nights when the people start leaving from the nearby bars, clubs and restaurants. I could hear people shouting on the streets till 4AM. This was room 402. I will ask for some other room next time."
