"Perfect spot for unwinding. Quiet. Safe. NICE PEOPLE. There are golf carts for rent if you want to wander. Nice, reasonably priced restaurant on site. 20 minute flight from Belize city then 25 min ride to Hopkins."

"This place...arrived in room and it was over 100° in the room. I asked the check in clerk if they had a fan and he stated "we don't provide them". I went to a local store to buy a fan, only to be told that it was not "allowed" in the room (apparently the owner watchesnthe camera from his home in Texas and called the on-site manager). The A/C does not keep up with the demand of the room so it was very hot all night. We checked out the following morning. "

"Absolute SCAM!! Was never able to get into my room!! No one answered their phones or emails. Even Expedia couldn't get a hold of them. I NEVER stayed in the room but was all pre-payed. NO REFUND!! Absolute SCAM!!!"

"I stayed at this property by myself in May of 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hopkins. The area is great for a solo traveller and I felt safe and welcome during my stay. My week started with a two hour power blackout which is apparently quite common in Belize, but Mirko quickly dropped off a battery powered lantern which was very helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at this house! The ocean view is just as pretty as the pictures. Everything in the house worked great and the house manager was quick to offer help and solutions if we needed him.
