"First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!"

"This is not for everyone... and that is a good thing! But for those of you that are not looking fior luxury and don't mind a little rustic charm... this might be for you. Basic, locally built, cabins on a cloudy (but teeming with wildlife) river. Comfortable bed, good appliances, reasonably equipped kitchen. The worst we could say... no wine glasses, in fact no glassware at all, just plastic tumblers and coffee mugs. However, sundowners still taste pretty good from a coffee mug when that sunset...

"If you want to disconnect from the outside world then this is the place. We loved our time here with Dustin, Kim, and Ama. The food Kim prepared was some of the best we’ve had anywhere and the company during our stay was delightful. We snorkeled before breakfast on our own around the island and after breakfast Dustin and Ama would take us on kayaks to a reef off one of the neighboring islands where we found conch, and other fresh fish and seafood for our meals. We had an absolute amazing time!...

"This property was just what we were looking for. Although you can’t swim in the river, listening to the birds, kayaking and sitting in the screened in porch to enjoy the river were great for us. We did rent a car for three of our seven days to go hiking in Mayflower Bocawina NP and drove to Placencia one day. The bikes were great to go to Hopkins and we also walked once. Anthony was great at answering our questions and we bought some groceries and cooked some meals as well as enjoyed local...

Greatly appreciated the kitchen and well stocked dishes so we could relax in the mornings without having to go out. Loved to ease of access to the water and opportunity to paddle around. "Excellent place, new,fresh, clean, stylish. Up on stilts so you get a nice breeze. Just as pics appeared. Only real concern is that the driveway is sandy and taxis got stuck repeatedly. Just needs some gravel. Had a little trouble contacting the property manager to work out an early check in but staff were friendly and helpful."
