"The setting was beautiful. Our unit was spotlessly clean and had beautiful views. The employees were all very friendly and we had all of our needs met. My only complaint had nothing to do with the resort. The beaches are not clean. It was heartbreaking for me to walk each morning and see the amount of trash mostly plastic on all of the surrounding beaches. Maybe the resort could offer some type of incentive. A free drink in exchange for a bag of garbage. I would come back to this place but...

"We had a wonderful stay at this house! The ocean view is just as pretty as the pictures. Everything in the house worked great and the house manager was quick to offer help and solutions if we needed him. "I stayed at this property by myself in May of 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Hopkins. The area is great for a solo traveller and I felt safe and welcome during my stay. My week started with a two hour power blackout which is apparently quite common in Belize, but Mirko quickly dropped off a battery powered lantern which was very helpful.
