"I stayed here for 4 nights and during the 2nd night there was an issue with the room, and I wanted to change rooms, Millie on reception was very understanding and helpful and sorted me another room out immediately in the lodge for the rest of my stay, I can’t praise her enough for this The food was good and the other staff were friendly and polite "
