"This is a lovely hotel very welcoming from the start. We were checked in by Ishi who was friendly and extremely helpful as we're all the staff. The room was very clean and fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. The food was delicious both for the evening meal and the breakfast. Very good value as well. There had been lots of work done here recently and some more to finish all being done to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend staying here very good value indeed. "

"Great stay, rooms very comfortably, clean and quiet, heard no noise from other residents or doors closing. Very eco friendly, nice mugs instead of small cups. Lovely powerful, hot shower and lovely big white fluffy towels. Staff very friendly and efficient and a good breakfast. Provided me with gluten free toast and gluten free sausages were also available on request. "

"Tired and old but functional rooms. Did have a mouldy smell and the heating isn’t customer led so we had no heat in the room. Bed was comfortable plenty of towels and bedding. Curtains were dirty and need replacing. Bathroom had a shower curtain which did look used. Pool and spa facilities were ok but again very dated and needs a good scrub. Bar area lovely as were the staff. Breakfast other than needing to keep asking for the food and plates to be replenished was excellent. "

"Stayed for two nights when up in the northwest for a family celebration. The Bolton Stadium hotel represents excellent value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, and crucially it was quiet which meant we slept well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5* is that we felt the breakfast choice could have been a bit better and they needed more staff in the restaurant to replenish items and clean tables. "Everything was great, can’t fault the staff and the service, can’t fault the hotel as it’s beautiful, the only problem i had was i was staying in room 65 and the hallway door woke me up numerous times throughout my stay with people coming and going which made it difficult to sleep well. With this being said, i will definitely be returning on my next visit but hope i get a quieter room next time"

"Stayed for overnight trip to Deepdale. Hotel is ideally sited for a short walk from Preston Mainline Rail Station and Deepdale itself. Nice bar and eating area and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for what was required and was very reasonable in price. Staff are all welcoming and friendly especially Lorraine at the Breakfast Room welcoming guests in the morning. "
