"Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. "This condo has a lot of stairs! My wife and I are seniors but we got used to them fast. The interior is very clean, up to date, and has a great vibe. The views of Lake Tahoe from every room are picture perfect. For the money, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. "

"Everything was awesome. One note would be that the pool table is in pretty bad shape. My buddy's and I play a lot of pool and were looking forward to a pool tournament style competition. the pool table is unstable the banks are dead and it leaned dramatically to one side and the base is unstable. Almost everything that could be wrong with a table. Aside from that, it is a great property and would come back again, especially if it had a proper pool table."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property in Carson City on the occasion of a family wedding. Close proximity to Lake Tahoe, Carson City center, and the excellent swim center in town. Very comfortable beds in the two bedrooms we used, and overall the house was very well and thoughtfully provisioned with plenty of towels, kitchen & bathroom supplies, and even a thoughtful "In case you forgot" basket of personal necessities.
