"Nice place with a lot of character. There’s some minor damage around the place (holes in walls, leaking around the windows with water damage, etc) that could be fixed. The hot tub was a little cloudy and low in water level. The host was very kind and responsive and overall the stay was great. Fantastic location."

"This condo is located at just 10 mins from Northstar resort and 6 mins from 24-hour Safeway grocery store. So it is a nice place if you plan to go to Northstar for skiing. For the house, it is good up to four people (very cozy) and kitchenwares and amenities (handsoaps, etc.) are well maintained. Overall, we were satisfied."

"This well appointed cabin has gorgeous finishes, a great floor plan, and even a jacuzzi on one of two decks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a ski trip with teen daughters and their friends and would highly recommend it! We were even able to bring our furry family members too. "We wanted to rent a cabin that would be warm and cozy and close to a ski hill. We got both. The cabin is knotty pine inside and was very clean. The guys got to ski, the little one got to play in a lot of snow and the cabin kept us warm and cozy. It had everything we needed to cook and plenty of beds to sleep in. "The were a lot of positive things about the property. The location was great, right between Northstar and King’s Beach. It was big and looked better than the pictures in real life. The kitchen was a good size and was well-equipped. However, it definitely needed some TLC. The spout in the bathroom kept falling off and the pull out bed was broken. The mattress had to be put on the floor to use. When I contacted the company they were responsive but there was inconsistent follow through from...

"We had a very good three night stay at this home. There is a good view of the lake through some trees and you can see to the south side of the lake. The vaulted wood ceiling in the living room is great! Two balconies are good as well. The only minor problem was we thought there was a TV in the living room, but instead the family room had a TV. We would stay there again."

"The home was clean and in very close proximity to Diamond Peak which is why we chose to stay here. The only issue is that the downstairs bedrooms are too cold to sleep in despite the heat being on. The downstairs area doesn’t warm up unfortunately. So be prepared to wear lots of layers when sleeping downstairs. Otherwise it was a nice stay. "

The kitchen was well equipped and Deborah was extremely responsive when we had any questions. Our group enjoyed the hot tub as well as the patio tables outside. "The house was beautiful and so kid friendly! Taking a vacation with kids is stressful but the home made it so memorable and relaxing! Plus, it was such a fast walk to the lake and a delicious brunch restaurant; everything was so easy! "

"It was amazingly unique. We loved the characters of the house and the hints of the people who lived there. We came to celebrate a wedding and it ended in a death. The house held us all in our grief and joy. It was beautifully appointed with everything you could ever need. A real home."
