There are 35 steps to get into the house, and then 2 spiral staircases, so those with issues climbing stairs should be aware. "Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek."
