The bed was super comforable and the temp of the room was just perfect. The bathroom amenities were very pleasing with the orange fragrance. The steakhouse was excellent and the pool delightful. "After reading some of the reviews, I was preparing for an interesting stay, however, this hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, there's plenty to do within the property. My wife was on a work trip and I stayed in the hotel with my daughter and there was never a day where we did not have something to do. There's a bowling alley, there's an arcade, there's an affordable restaurant on site that has really good options, walking distance to a lot of stores, Casino, bar, etc. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel."

"Great hotel in Reno. Very nice room, comfortable bed, excellent free breakfast, and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise room. It was quiet and in a good safe location. The check in process was slow with several people trying to check in and only one staff person at the desk. But we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. "
