"We were in town for a wedding and the location was very convenient. There was just discrepancy in the room/bed arrangement that caused us to shift people around. But it all worked out and everyone in our group “LOVED” the place. We will definitely book again if we have the need. "

"Our family with 2 young kinds stayed here for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready for move-in and it was a lovely stay! It's a very nice, friendly neighborhood and the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We were here over Halloween and our kids even got to meet other kids trick-or-treating. The house had everything we needed, even toys, an outdoor play area and sandbox, kids utensils and a booster seat. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and even came by quickly we needed...

"This is a great cottage! The decor is perfectly designed. The beds are comfortable. The location is quiet. We even heard an owl outside one night. The closest restaurant or grocery store is about 20 min away, but a beautiful drive. I did reach out to the host during our stay and never heard back so that is my only complaint. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. "

"This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. "

"We had an excellent stay at this home in Sanford while in town for a wedding. The house was extremely clean and spacious. We really enjoyed sitting out in the 3 seasons room at night. The beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Sanford. "
