Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. And the carport provided protection from rain during entry into the house. There is a nice deck and a yard off the kitchen which is very nice. Of note: While it did not impact us at all, there is a large construction site next door to the house. "

Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! Located near multiple shopping areas and a short drive to UNC for our son’s game. There were some nice touches that made it feel like a real home, such as interesting art and photographs, a record player, and a collections of books and videos. The owner took special care to accommodate our needs and was very responsive to communication.
