The rooms are huge western size, more than enough room for two people and to spread luggage everywhere too. The gentlemen on reception was very polite and helpful, had a translation device to hand for a few of my more complex requests. "

"We arrived after dark via taxi and were surprised at the incredible location and architecture. This is an authentic Japanese experience— tatami floors and comfortable futon mats!! We knew we would be magically surprised in the morning and we were! It’s nestled up on the hillside with an incredible view of Mt Fuji!
