"My family and I stayed at this location at the end of October 2024. It was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and conveniently located near the train station. I'm not a train person but it's very easy in Japan with google maps, so this was a big bonus. Beds were soft, showers were excellent, toilets of course amazing, would stay again next time we come to Japan. "Unique and great stay at Sumire house. There's no other house like it in the neighbourhood. The proximity to the local shrine also adds to its charm. We loved the location - away from the hustble and bustle of major tourist areas but well connected via Hikifune and Sky tree station making it easy to get to destinations.We stayed during winter, and whilst there are heaters, the house isn't well insulated, and on the ground floor in particular and it can get rather cold.
