"Staff was very hospitable and greeted all their guests like family. They gave you a property tour of your room and ensured you understood all amenities on property. There is a public bath with an electric bath, soda bath and medicine bath that was amazing after a days tour. Fantastic! Please go for the four seasons. The staff offers you a book with recommendations such as dining and sight seeing attractions as well as how to get there by bus or transit. The ryokan also offers breakfast and other services for a fee, but the breakfast we had was amazing. They also have a bath you can rent for the hour which was a life saver after walking all day. "I don’t think it’s good value. The hotel has no lobby for guests to even sit to put shoes on and space at the hotel entrance is very cramped, narrow and crowded for even one person to walk through with any baggage. Owner only offered one tea bag a day for a two persons room. I will not consider coming back again in the future."
