"Service is good. From the reception to the bell boy to the restaurant staff. The male manager at the breakfast reception is always bright and courteous every morning. Club room is super worth it since there’s food throughout the day with yummy cheesecakes etc. There’s even free flow liquor available. The club room is pretty and nicely renovated. We loved our stay at TOBA we stayed 3 nights"

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The onsens are an additional nice touch. The downside is how far it is from the downtown area, but the shuttle makes that a non issue, also the bus drops you off right at the door. A convenience store nearby is also good if you need late night food."

Hotel is well deciarted. love the free lounge area to sit back and relax. breakfast was great. love the decor, very modern but cozy with lotsa wood on walls and furniture. "Very limited seats at the breakfast area so we (4pax) cannot sit together. Suggests that the hotel allows to choose the time slots for breakfast like other hotels to control the crowd. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The room is also spacious and plenty parking space. Will choose this hotel if we visit this place again. "
