"The house was very nice, everything was clean. Beds were really comfy, consensus from all tge guys. The only thing that stuck out was that it had snowed the night before and the stairs at all entrances were not cleaned. Wasnt a big deal as we are all capable of shoveling but if we had been a group of older people or a family with little kids this would definitely cause a safety hazard. Overall it was a great weekend in Senaca falls!!"

"New and clean. Perfect for our needs. Great beds fully stocked kitchen utensils, flatware, and silverware. Heat and cooling control by room. Right across from the church we were attending. Within walking distance to the university and 1 turn to the airport."

"Very cute and very clean little bungalow get away. Close to finger lakes for wine touring. Quit nice neighborhood and a cute outside deck with a bar style table to set outside and enjoy the evening. Will definitely stay again."

Prior to this, we had always booked hotels but we were really hoping for more space in a cozy environment and this property definitely delivered! Not only was communicating with Tim incredibly easy, the refrigerator was stocked with drinks upon arrival and there were snacks available too! "Let's start with the host and the amenities. The guest accommodations and small touches that the host included were better than any vacation home I've ever stayed in! The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The views from the three levels of decks are unbelievable and gorgeous! The location is secluded and it's almost as if there is no one around! The location was a quick 8 minute drive to Geneva and close to so many wineries! We did not want to leave!"

"This property surpassed all our expectations. It is just incredibly beautiful, comfortable, luxurious. The views are espectacular, the beds incredibly comfortable, there are games to keep everyone entertained. Words cannot do it justice. It is also just a few minutes away from skiing and wineries, which was very convenient We came in the winter and had an amazing time. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again. "
