"We finally had all our adult children come to town for a weekend and everyone couldn't fit in Grandma's house so we rented this house a couple miles away. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient to Penfield and Fairport. Saw deer in the backyard on Saturday morning. Cheryl was timely with communications and check-in/check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises."

"perfect place to stay! There were 7 of us, it was easy to get to the wineries on Seneca Lake. The view of the lake, the dock with glider and the chairs around the firepit made the trip, we spent a lot of time outback enjoying the view. The rooms were cozy. The house was very comfortable to hang out in, we didn’t even use all the rooms to sit in, there is a great amount of space. The kitchen is perfect set up and the 2nd fridge space really helped. Overall, great trip with friends. "
