"This house worked perfectly for us. The neighborhood is quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed especially the kitchen which is well stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. Our daughter loved having her own bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. We also enjoyed having woods behind the house and watching the deer come down every day. This is an ideal house for anyone looking to stay near Rochester and the surrounding area. "

"We had a great trip enjoying the snow! The house itself is old, and definitely needs some repairing, but nothing major that required immediate maintenance. I would say if you go during winter, bring blankets! Theirs are pretty thin. Great backyard! The owners were great and checked in with us throughout the stay. "Our stay at this property was absolutely phenomenal. The host was very responsive and the property was immaculate. The wood burning stove, outdoor fire pit on the deck,and the hot tub made this property special. We can't wait to come back and stay again!! I highly recommend staying at this property 5/5!! "Property was easy to access, well maintained, and the host was very communicative. Came up with some former Rochester friends for a wedding. The place was centrally located and perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again. "

"There could have been some more pictures and a better description of condo. There is no lake access. I know it is winter but I would have liked to go there for a walk. Two pans and the toaster tray were dirty. Tub with shower were slippery due to liquid bath soap. Otherwise it was great. And I loved the view."

"From the day i booked it the process was simple. I needed to add a night and the host changed my dates for me. The cottage was clean and in a relaxing neighborhood. I was provided contact information for the host if i needed anything during the stay. Will definitely rent property in the future."

"We had a great stay. The check in process was easy. The property was large and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk across the road to get to the dock and waterfront. It was the perfect getaway while visiting family and friends in the Rochester, NY area. German Brothers Marina is just a little ways down the road and we rented a boat one day and it was easy to stop at the dock and exchange passengers.
