Hot Tub - Fire Pit - BBQ - Hammock - Colonial
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"We have a nice stay in Kingston! The apartment had everything we needed for four adults and our two dogs. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable and we were able to hang out in the living room and play games. The couch in the living room was very hard and it was hard to really get comfortable there, though it was fine to sit upright and play games! The location was close enough to everything we wanted to see, but not quite walkable so we ended up driving around quite...

"very nicely decorated, lovely views out the back into the woods, had everything we needed...plenty of towels, comfy bed. Really good sushi restaurant 1 minute walk away. Very clean, very homey, nice original art all around. Not super quiet- we could hear street traffic and a little people sound from downstairs but it didn't bother us. Complaints in other reviews about sulpher smelling water really not that bad"

Romantic sky loft with steam shower/giant tub. Minutes to the slopes.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (15)
"The Loft is cozy, clean, quiet retreat nestled in the Catskills. As the photos indicate, the bathroom is next level, quite nice. Other features we liked included the ample closet space, the access to the Tanbark hiking trailhead a minute's walk away, and being right in downtown Phoenicia, so there were a few restaurants, a market, and some other stores all within a few minutes walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this private and cozy apartment! It was well-appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and made good use of the fully equipped kitchen. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of blankets and pillows. We loved the location, too! We were close to the town-centers of Woodstock and Saugerties, each with a great variety of restaurants and shops. We were also close to some gorgeous hiking trails. Myra and Jerry were lovely and...

Cozy and eclectic Woodstock getaway

"This property is very cool! We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The decor was really interesting and fun. Bed was very comfortable; shower was great! Mike was a good communicator and was available if we needed anything (we didn't). We are locals who moved away from the area and were visiting for the weekend, but we read through the visitor's guide just for fun. It was really well done and is a good source of info for renters who haven't visited the area before. We would...

"Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!"

Dog-Friendly Hudson Valley Escape with Hot Tub & Jacuzzi
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (17)
"This apartment was clean and comfortable, and matched the online description. It was not particularly quiet: there is a bar next door, additional VRBO guests upstairs, and trains passing through the neighborhood throughout the night. But the owners provide white noise machines and earplugs, and the noise didn't disrupt my sleep at all. "
