"As far as location this place is spot on. Right in the heart of everything with tons of parking. The apartment was clean with a nice layout. We loved the modern feel! Our only complaint was how loud this place was. Between the different sounds from the fan, heat and tapping through out the night. We were able to hear the people down the hall and certainly the people upstairs. If we didn’t hear it all throughout the night I would have left this out completely but it certainly became annoying...

"Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!"

"Decent rental with good amenities. Could be closer to some areas of town with more stuff to do if you care about that. The biggest problem was that it's close to a train track and trains went by very frequently, and they were both loud and they shook the entire house every time. You get used to it, but if you are a light sleeper or have a small kids, it might be a concern."

"The cottage is a very small- one room studio with an uncomfortable sofa bed . We could feel the frame of the bed while lying down. Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. The shower was a 2.5 ft square and off the kitchen The review didn’t make it obvious that there was only a sofabed and no dedicated bedroom Now when I read the description I see they never said there was a queen size bed or a double bed instead it’s cryptically...

"Plenty of good eats in walking distance. Very clean! Host is an effective communicator who responds right away. Very happy with our stay!!"

"Overall was perfect. Property was well equipped with everything you need from cooking to laundry. Very well designed and had a wonderful New York City loft vibe. It even had all original wood floors which brings me to my only problem. There are multiple areas where the floor nails are raised and could potentially be a pain in your foot.
