"We were pleasantly surprised to find this home has recently been redone and let me tell you- it’s so precious! The owners really outdid themselves with the amenities and decor. It had everything we needed for a family and kids. We brought the fishing boat and two jet skis and had no issues with the smaller dock. The neighbors were nice. The host, John, was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. "the house was perfect for our needs. The ad said the property had a hot tub, it does not. The arrow pointing to the driveway to the house said #315, and that is not the address. "Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book."
