"It was great! No complaints over here. The sky spa is absolutely amazing and nice touch to the hotel that was right on the river. It even had a great coffee cafe down stairs on the first floor that was a wine bar. Also the lounge access allowed you to drink for free and snack for free which was really nice when trying to plan things or have a break from walking around. "

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "

"Good location a few blocks from Umeda Station. Lots of places to eat around there. Umeda Station is basically a mega shopping complex and this hotel is close. Skip the breakfast package. Nothing special. Typical small rooms. Good only for 1 person."
