"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. "Cottage was perfect for a little family like ours. Great location close to the beach & food places we also found a little wooden park 5minutes round the corner that was brilliant for the kids to have a run round. "We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. "This was our third trip here so we obviously do like it as suits our family set up and bedrooms are lovely and bathrooms. The kitchen is small but adequate. The outside area is not great which lets it down but the space indoors makes up for that. I do wish you could check in and out an hour earlier /later either side as 1000 checkout for Sunday is very early . "

"The bungalow was perfect in every way.Very clean, good quality furniture and fittings ( great shower) and a good enclosed garden for the dog.The setting was also great.Just across the road was a wide expanse of grass leading to the cliff tops and a walk down to North Beach which was perfect for dog walks."

"We have had a great October break. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Ideal location to walk the coast into Brid and back (land train optional). Short distance to Filey. Scarborough - where our children enjoyed Peasholm Park feeding the squirrels. Hosts also provided Sewerby Hall entrance tickets. A great week had by all. 😊 xx"

Nearby Flamborough is bracing enough and is also a handy place for fresh seafood and top class fish and chips.
