All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. "This place is set up perfectly for a party/overnight with games, a pool table, tvs in each room, drinking glasses, and dimmable lights. Host was very communicative and friendly! The neighborhood was quiet, with a little street noise at night. Only drawback is it’s in an area of the city that isn’t super convenient to the main network of public transit, but there is parking on site which is hard to come by."
