"Very nice hotel and very friendly helpful staff, only thing with our room (211) we paid £20 extra a night for an upgrade of a street view but it really wasnt worth it so dont waste you rmoney, plus we you had a shower there was a big water leak coming from under the bath, we did advise the on the check out, the breakfast was very nice with lots to chose from, would i stay again.... YES, perfect location for shopping and to walk to see a show"

"Well situated to see London sights and very close to Tube Station. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Lifts not always working and its a long way to 8th floor! Was told on arrival we had been upgraded along with our friends. They did have an upgrade and we didnt! Paid the same prkce, booked at the same time, arrived together so that was quite odd! "

"The hotel was nice! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast! The only thing is we had a room on floor 1 which we didn’t realise was going to be underground and it had no window! We wouldn’t have minded if we knew this could be a possibility, it was just a shock when we got there! "
