"The inside of the property was as very small but clean and nice. The location wasn’t very pleasant view of neighborhood. No tv’s in bedrooms. Water smelled like rotten eggs and the sink in the bathroom ran dry slow. The view from the deck was amazing and the dock was great for fishing."

"It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! "Beautiful, newly constructed home with so many amenities! Everything in the house was first rate. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, no overcrowding. The kids loved the beach area, playing pickleball, cooling off in the pool and renting a pontoon boat at the marina."

"The Pros: The property was comfortable and clean. The Cons: The keypad for the door was confusing and difficult to use. We ended up getting locked out in the dark for almost 15 minutes because it took 12 tries to get it to unlock, and it had a 10-minute lock-out after 10 failed tries. "Pros - Beautiful location and kids had an amazing time skipping stones in the river. Con’s - the downstairs toilet ran so we had to turn the water to it off, the kitchen faucet wasn’t just a little wiggly (you could tilt it back and forth/side to side), and there was what appeared to be a whole load of dirty dishes someone had unloaded in the cupboard/shelves. Main bedroom bed was also very hard. (All were reported to property manager so hopefully no one experiences this going forward). We...
