"The Pros: The property was comfortable and clean. The Cons: The keypad for the door was confusing and difficult to use. We ended up getting locked out in the dark for almost 15 minutes because it took 12 tries to get it to unlock, and it had a 10-minute lock-out after 10 failed tries. "Great place for our family vacation. Large indoor pool and our older two (6 & 4) loved the waterpark. Our lodging had plenty of space and was super quiet. Downstairs neighbors had a holiday party late into the night and we barely heard them. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms need some upgrades. A burner on the stove did not work and the dishwasher had some issues. The biggest issues is a lack of pedestrian walking paths around the complex."

"We were looking for a spot where we could hang out as a family of 16 coming from 7 spots around the US and Canada. This house worked well with plenty of bedrooms for adult children couples with ensuite bathrooms. Large bunk room for children, in door game/activity space and lots of outdoor space with a great pool for activity. The kids loved the over-the-top palace feel of the mansion. Kitchens were very functional as we ate every meal in. Lots of places to sit and eat. Company was very good...
